Hello there! I am Udeern. Welcome to this blog. As the Smartphone industry is growing in popularity every day, the need for more customization options is also growing. Sometimes, the included user interface with the new phone you just bought might not be for you. This is where launchers come in handy. Do note that launchers are only available on Android.
Launchers
Launchers are a type of program which adds a new home screen or desktop to your phone. These can range from very small changes such as adding new widgets to changing the overall looks and experience with it. Here are some of the launchers I would suggest for customizing your smartphone: -
Microsoft Launcher
Lawnchair 2
POCO Launcher
Microsoft Launcher
Microsoft Launcher is a launcher developed and released by Microsoft. It was initially released as Arrow Launcher. Somewhere around 2016, Microsoft renamed it to Microsoft Launcher. This launcher is made for people who need a fast and smooth phone to connect to their PCs. According to my experience, Microsoft Launcher comes on top of this list as its design and overall experience is very smooth and fast. It also has an option to enable high-performance mode, which removes all animations. This launcher can be used with phones that come with pretty bad software skins out of the box.
Pros:
Has a good software skin
Very smooth and fast
Cons:
Glitching when using landscape mode

Lawnchair 2
Lawnchair 2 is an Android launcher that gives you the experience of using Google’s Pixel line of phones. This launcher completely overhauls your UI to make it look like Stock Android. It also comes with a ton of options to choose from. This is the launcher I use daily on my POCO M3. According to my experience, the experience is smooth and has nothing left out. This can also be used on older phones to enhance performance.
Pros:
Stock Android looks
Fast
Cons:
None

POCO Launcher
As the name suggests, this launcher is Made by Xiaomi for their POCO line of phones. What makes it interesting is that the POCO Launcher is available on the Play Store to download and use on other phones. This launcher gives the full MIUI experience. It comes with a few options to customize and is well optimized for all phones running recent versions of Android. As my phone, the POCO M3 came preinstalled with it, I would like to tell you that the experience is good. Although it might not be for everyone, the POCO Launcher is for people who want to have a taste of how it feels to use MIUI based phones.
Pros:
Fast and smooth
Cons:
None
